Everything you need to stay compliant, in one place.

AI does the reading, checking and chasing. Your quality team stops hunting for files and starts closing gaps.

  • Extracts lab name, report number, standard, dates, capacity and chemistry
  • Every value links back to its source page
  • Flags expired or suspicious certificates

Supplier data collection

  • Hosted passport pages with public and restricted views
  • Label files ready to print

Try an example question

Does our 48V e-scooter pack need an EU battery passport?

Yes. A 48V e-scooter pack is a light means of transport (LMT) battery, so it needs a digital battery passport for every unit sold in the EU from 18 February 2027.

From your vault: your UN 38.3 report is valid, but there is no EN 50604-1 safety report for this model yet. You will also need material and origin data from your cell supplier.

  • EU Reg. 2023/1542, Art. 77
  • UN38.3_Report_48V.pdf · p. 1
  • Supplier request · pending
